Personal data will be used for Legitimate Interest only. Personal data of the members of the Management Committee and other sub-committees and co-opted members will be used for communications only. Personal data of hirers of the premises, Gala stalls, and similar will also be used for communications only.

Information is obtained from you when you join the Management Committee or any sub-committee or book rooms in the Hall or pitches at the Gala or other events.

The Secretary keeps personal data up to date. It is securely stored. You must advise if there are any changes to your details.
HOW IS YOUR DATA USED?
Your data is used to;
Data will be stored for a period of 18 months following the expiry of the period of your membership of the Committee, or in the case of hire of facilities, 18 months after the expiry of the hire period.

- Maintain VHMC accounts and records

Data will be stored for a period of 18 months following the expiry of the period of your membership of the Committee, or in the case of hire of facilities, 18 months after the expiry of the hire period.
YOUR RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
- To request a copy from the Secretary
- To request its erasure when it is no longer necessary to retain it
- To withdraw your consent to the processing (use) of your data at any time
- To lodge a complaint in respect of the data handling in the first instance with the Secretary or the Chairman
