gatherings, parties, private functions, or for meetings or classes.

HIRE FEES
The Pavilion - £15.00 per hour
Oblong tables are included in the hire fees, as is crockery.
Cutlery and glasses are available to hire at an additional cost as follows;
Cutlery - hire for 10p per setting (knife, fork, spoon)
Glasses - wine or beer - hire for £4 per box
A charge of £12.00 applies for setting up for the hour before the hire commences
A £50 deposit is required to secure any booking.
NB:
NB: If alcohol is to be sold a mandatory licence fee of £22.60 applies.
If alcohol is to be served then corkage charge of £10 applies.
