De-Notton Bowers is an invitation only Club
IMPORTANT:
During shooting times various areas of the Sports Field may be roped off.
The roped areas are for the safety of all concerned,
both Archery club members and members of the public.
Please do not step over/under the ropes or tapes during these hours.
If you’re not sure which areas are roped off
please check with a member of the club.
You'll find them either in the Pavilion or on the fields.
Access to the Ings Walks may be limited.
Please comply with these safety limitations.

Shooting times for 2026 The Club has the following default times which run year on year; January to March; Tuesdays 12:00 to 14:00 Thursdays 12:00 to 14:00 Sundays 10:00 to 14:00 April to September; Tuesdays 12:00 - to dusk Thursdays 12:00 to dusk Sundays 10:00 to 14:00 October to December; Tuesdays 12:00 to 14:00 Thursdays 12:00 to 14:00 Sundays 10:00 to 14:00 |
Changes to The Club's default shooting times for Summer 2026
Specifically for 2026, to accommodate other clubs and activities some changes have been agreed as follows;
- In lieu of the Car Boot sale on Sunday 17 May
Archery will shoot on Friday 15 May from 2:00 pm to dusk - In lieu of the Car Boot sale on Sunday 26 July
Archery will shoot on Friday 24 July from 2:00 pm to dusk
- In lieu of the Car Boot sale on Sunday 13 September
Archery will shoot on Friday 11 September from 2:00 pm to dusk
- In lieu of the Classic Car Gathering on Sunday 28 June
Archery will shoot on Friday 26 June from 2:00 pm to dusk - Notton Cricket Club T20 matches will run on Tuesdays for 3 events
12 May, 2 June and 16 June from 5:30 to 8:30 pm
In lieu of these dates Archery will shoot on Fridays
15 May, 5 June and 19 June - from 5:00 pm to dusk
Shooting will revert to the default times outlined above
after these special events have been accommodated.
